This was mostly pratice cuz I really need to pratice making comics more.
Ah, yes. My sister is the only one that might reconize these characters. Colwyn's name used to be Joe. And he was the main character in my old Pokemon rip-off comic Monster Pets (yes, it was called Monster Pets... I was very young, ok?). But now he's back in a new look, with a new name, and in a comic that hopefully won't seem like Pokemon! I might call it Grand Summoner... But I'm not sure yet. This comic is still in the early stages. I'm still trying to figure out everything. It'll have comedy in it, hopefully plenty of action, and will be a little serious but not too serious. It's basically about Colwyn, a summoner intraining... That's all I've got so far. I don't want to make it like he wants to be the best summoner out there cuz that would be pretty cliché (and very Ash like). Colwyn is pretty nice guy. He's not too hot headed but can get annoyed easily. I also might change his outfit a little. It's making me think of Ed... >.> Well, I didn't write much details but what do you think? I like these comics that are humorous on their own rather than the snippits of stories that don't make sense by themselves.
Maybe you could have him aim to be the second best summoner in the world? It's a goal that not too many strive for, but it's actually a very sensible one and more easily obtained than #1. When you're at the top, everyone's watching you, but when you're just below, you can enjoy all the power and prestige without the stress and maintenance. It's really cool and sounds loserish at the same time!
Haha! I never thought of that. XD I suppose second place is better, in it's own special way.
